The Legislative Decree n.196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Act) provides for the protection of people and other subjects as far as personal data treatment is concerned. In observance to the aforementioned Privacy Act, such treatment is characterised by correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the confidential nature of your data and of your rights. In compliance with what has been provided for in Art.13 of Legislative Decree n.196/03, we therefore provide you with the following information:
• Data treatment has the purpose of collecting all the information necessary to accomplish the norms in force as far as personal data treatment is concerned.
• Data treatment can be carried out for information purposes, as well as for sales promotion and surveys on quality of services. Personal data treatment is carried out with the computer and consists in data collection, recording and organizing; data consultation, use, elaboration and interconnection; data preservation and modification; data blocking, cancellation and destruction.
• Personal data are submitted to Dalla Corte s.r.l.
• Data will not be communicated to third parties, nor shared.
• Data controller is Dalla Corte s.r.l., Via Zambeletti 10, 20021 Baranzate (Milan), Italy.
You can exercise your rights at any time according to Art.7 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003.
You can obtain the confirmation of the presence or absence of your personal data, even though they have not been recorded yet, and their intelligible communication. You can obtain information on the origin of your personal data, the purpose and type of their treatment and the logic applied in computer data treatment.
