Zero Plus launched at Host

At HostMilano 2025, we unveiled Zero Plus, the next evolution in espresso technology — a system designed for precision, consistency, and full digital control.
At its core lies the Digital Flow Regulation (DFR) system, allowing precise control of water flow from 3 to 9 g/s across up to five programmable steps.
Baristas can choose between:
- Freestyle Mode, using the side lever for manual, intuitive flow control.
- Digital Mode, setting and saving extraction profiles directly from the touchscreen.
Every profile can be created, saved, named, and replicated, building a personal library of up to 50 unique recipes — your flavor signature, perfected.
The system also integrates:
- GCS (Grinder Control System), which automatically adjusts grind and dose to maintain extraction consistency.
- OCS (Online Control System), offering full remote management of machine parameters, maintenance schedules, and performance analytics.
Winner of the iFDesign Award, Zero Plus embodies ART, TECHNOLOGY, and DESIGN, setting a new benchmark for what precision and creativity can achieve behind the bar.
