Free from scales! The Dalla Corte Real Time Weight technology is an integrated drop by drop control system that measures the amount of espresso flowing into your cup without cluttering the barista’s workspace.

To activate the Real Time Weight control on Dalla Corte commercial espresso machines XT and Zero, all you need to do is press the multifunction button on the group’s digital touchscreen when the first drops of coffee start coming down the portafilter’s spout: you will view on-screen how many grams of liquid are flowing into the cup with a precision of 0.1 grams.
