The Vilnius Coffee Festival

This year as well, for its 12th edition, the Vilnius Coffee Festival has hosted three coffee-filled days! From Friday, March 6^th, the Loftas Arts Factory welcomed coffee lovers from all over the world, who came to attend the largest coffee festival in the Baltics.

Already known as an event that actively promotes coffee culture and education, in 2020 a special didactic space has been set up to welcome on stage international speakers, meetings with experts, coffee tastings and workshops -  a place to share knowledge and new experiences.

This year’s focus was on raising more awareness on the people who work behind the coffee scene: visitors were invited to meet farmers, roasters, baristas and everyone who plays a role on the road from the plantation to the cup.

Within the VCF, the Barista, Latte Art and Cupping Championships have taken place: once again, we are proud to have sponsored these amazing events with Dalla Corte’s commercial espresso machines XT in the two-group version. XT is the perfect machine in terms of performance, with excellent thermal stability and, thanks to its manual flow regulator, keep your extraction’s parameters constantly under control.

The VCF created a space to enjoy coffee whilst introducing the latest innovations and trends. In fact, this year's festival featured completely decomposing paper coffee cups and, for greater sustainability, the coffee grounds were collected for recycling.
