Officina Dalla Corte is hosting a course by Espresso Academy Firenze that aims to help baristas maximize their working skills using top-quality coffee equipment. 

The course program:

Day 1 : coffee botany, Arabica vs. Canephora, the secret to a perfect espresso, the importance of water,  making an espresso, milk frothing and making a cappuccino, set-up and cleaning the equipment.

Day 2: milk chemistry and latte art training, other brewing methods and specialty coffee.
