Controlling the flow means being able to explore all the infinite characteristics and aromas of your coffee. Once the desired flow rate is set, it remains constant throughout the entire extraction process. You could therefore decide to use different coffees by setting the best flow for each individual group, or use the same coffee with different flow rates to achieve different results for each group.

Dalla Corte’s unparalleled multi-boiler technology is now supported by a precise latest generation flowmeter. The machine always provides the amount of energy needed to keep the extraction at the desired temperature, with no variation. Maximum control and precision.

The right weight of things.

Improving the barista’s work also means offering an impeccable work rhythm. That’s why we have integrated into the XT an extremely precise weight control system: the weight of the coffee in the cup, in real time, is displayed on the screen of each group, with a precision down to the last drop.

If you ask us, there’s no doubt: the 54 mm portafilter offers a better extraction... but in some establishments, where the tendency is to overdose the grams per shot, a solution was needed.
That’s why with XT, you can customize each group with an optional 58 mm portafilter kit.
