PRIVACY POLICY – CONTACTS AND INFORMATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

Dalla Corte S.r.l., headquartered at Via Zambeletti 10, 20021 Baranzate (MI), VAT/Tax Code 03314340963, in its capacity as Data Controller, informs you that any personal data provided through the website www.dallacorte.com will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

1. Purpose of Processing

Personal data provided through the contact form will be processed for the following purposes:

  • a) to manage and respond to the user’s request;
  • b) to send subsequent periodic informational communications regarding products, services, events, or news relevant to the interests expressed in the request.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

Purpose a): Performance of pre-contractual measures adopted at the data subject’s request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
Purpose b): Legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), based on the relationship established through the request and the relevance of the communications.
In any case, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the receipt of further communications by using the unsubscribe link provided in each communication.

3. Provision of Data and Nature of Processing

The provision of personal data is optional; however, failure to provide such data will prevent the Data Controller from processing the request or establishing communication.
Subsequent communications via email or other electronic means may concern updates or news related to the original request. These communications do not require separate consent, as they are considered relevant and proportionate.
The right to opt out of receiving such communications is guaranteed at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

4. Data Retention Period

Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request and for a subsequent period during which related communications may be sent.

  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • Data portability;
  • Lodging a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

7. Processing of Minors' Data

The Website is intended for use by adults. The Data Controller does not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under the age of 18. If such data is inadvertently collected, it will be promptly deleted.
