Basic Barista Course / Advanced Barista Course

The Basic Course is designed for newcomers to the barista profession or those already working in the field who want to strengthen their skills through quality and knowledge.

Topics include: from plant to roasting, Arabica vs Robusta, guided tour in the roastery, choosing equipment, espresso preparation, milk lab, and machine cleaning routines. Optional Italian Barista Certificate exam and support for the SCA exam.

The Advanced Course adds a second day focused on tasting skills, grinder calibration drills, international coffee recipes, filter brewing introduction, and advanced latte art. Optional IBC Advanced exam.
