ICON for the Richest Barista battle

Dalla Corte will be the proud sponsor of the Richest Barista Competition at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) 17-19 August 2023.

We're excited to be providing our ICON espresso machines for the competition - these machines are the epitome of precision and perfection, ensuring every cup brewed is an extraordinary experience. 

The competition will consist of three thrilling rounds over three days at MICE2023:

The first round will test competitors' skills in creating amazing coffee beverages in just 10 minutes, including espressos, milk beverages, and alternative milk beverages. 

Round two will showcase the artistry of latte making, as competitors pour their creativity into six drinks in 12 minutes. Macchiatos, traditional lattes, and free pour lattes will be their canvas to impress the judges and wow the audience! 

And finally, round three will put their taste buds and sensory skills to the test in a cup tasting competition. Competitors will embark on a quest to identify the odd one out, showcasing their incredible palate and coffee expertise.
