With our independent boilers, you have the power to switch off the ones you don't need after busy hours, allowing you to operate efficiently with just one group. And even in standby mode, our small 0,500 liter groups consume minimal energy.

We're committed to reducing energy consumption, which is why we tested the energy efficiency of our professional espresso machines. The Italian Institute for the Quality Mark assessed our results, and we're thrilled to share that our Evolution series (2, 3, and 4 groups) showed significantly lower energy consumption compared to traditional systems.

Our 2 groups machine consumed only 7.8908 kWh, the 3 groups machine used 11.3014 kWh, and the 4 groups machine consumed 13.095 kWh in 24 hours of stand-by mode.
