Start the extraction and wait a few moments
while the extraction chamber fills with water – we call this stage the
pre-infusion phase. It is the most important part of your extraction. This is
where water infuses the coffee grind at the perfect temperature and at the
ideal flow rate. All the aromas that you will taste in your cup depend on this fundamental
stage of extraction.
Once the chamber is filled up, you will
