we had the pleasure of holding our first coffee course with the Team from
@miscusi, a chain of restaurants specialized in fresh pasta that has now become
international, but that was born right here in our hometown, in Milan. Not only carbonara and amatriciana, coffee is just as important at @miscusi: this is why
they have Evo2 in their restaurants to serve delicious espressos.
Dalla Corte we’ve studied the path of the coffee bean from drupe to cup, the
chemistry behind a "simple" latte art, espresso extraction with our
professional commercial machines, and alternative extraction methods that are
becoming increasingly popular on the international coffee scene.
of bringing people in Italy closer to specialty coffee has been a very
important project to us for some time now, we can't wait to have you with us in
